Abstract:
The present invention relates to a noodle-dough composition for producing rice noodles, and a production method of the noodles. Specifically, the noodle-dough composition of the present invention contains rice powder, tapioca starch, and alginic acid, wherein 4-6 parts by weight of tapioca starch is contained based on 90 parts by weight of the rice powder. Existing rice noodles have high cloudiness and viscosity in soup of produced food by discharging a large amount of starch during a cooking process compared to flour using noodles, but such problem of the rice noodles produced by a conventional production method is solved by minimizing the discharge of starch, thereby being expected to contribute to a promotion of rice consumption and the increase of farm revenues by improving the quality of the rice noodles.

PURPOSE: A functional cosmetic composition containing ellagic acid extract is provided to ensure anti-wrinkling and whitening effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for isolating ellagic acid from pomegranate comprises: a step of adding water, ethanol, methanol, ethyl acetate, n-hexane, or mixture thereof to dried and crushed pomegranate skin; a step of treating by 20-100 mHz ultrasonication at 25-45°C for 10 minutes to one hour; a step of adding 0.1-1M of HCl; a step of refluxing at 200°C for 1-3 hours; a step of adding aceonitrile to the extract; and a step of centrifuging the extract to separate supernatant. The cosmetic composition contains ellagic acid or ellagic acid extract. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating atopy contains the ellagic acid or ellagic acid extract.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing functional glucooligosaccharide from pear juice is provided to develop various functional foods. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing functional glucooligosaccharide from pear juice comprises a step of mixing 30-60% of pear juice, glucan sucrase, and 0.1-0.3M of sugar, and a step of reacting the mixture at 26-30°C for 18 hours. The functional glucooligosaccharide is used in functional foods. The functional foods are beverage, snack, caramel, cookie, bread, jam, jelly, yogurt, and cake.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing glycosides of caffeic acid using glucansucrase is provided to use in food, cosmetics, and medicines. CONSTITUTION: A caffeic acid glycosides is prepared using sugar with glucansucrase. The glucansucrase is obtained from Leuconostoc mesenteroides B-512FMCM. The enzyme reaction is performed at 28°C for 12 hours by adding glucansucrase in a solution containing 0.1-1M of sugar. The caffeic acid glycosides enhances suppression of colon cancer cell line growth.

본 발명은 배 솎기나 봉지를 씌우기 전 대량 발생하며 특히 미백물질인 알부틴 함량이 가장 많은 개화 후 30-60일 되는 어린배나 배즙 부산물로 석세포를 다량 함유한 배박을 이용하여 종래 사용되고 있는 호두 껍질이나 살구씨를 대체하고, 피부에 자극적이지 않는 천연 스크럽 화장료 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 여러 구현예에 따르면, 배석세포를 포함하는 화장료 조성물은 배석세포를 스크럽 입자로 함유하고, 상기 화장료 조성물은 피부자극이 없고, 사용감이 양호하며, 균일하고 우수한 각질제거 및 모공크기축소 효과를 나타낸다. 특히, 본 발명의 배석세포를 스크럽 입자로서 첨가시키면, 석세포의 크기에 따라 스크럽의 강도를 조절할 수 있는 장점이 있으며, 천연물로 안정성 및 사용감이 개선시킬 수 있다.

The present invention relates to a natural scrub cosmetic composition which substitutes for conventionally used walnut shells or apricot seeds and does not irritate the skin by using young pears which are massively generated before pear thinning or bag covering, are aged 30-60 days after flowing, and have the most content of albutin as a skin whitening material, or the pear pomace containing a large amount of stone cells, which are byproducts of pear juice. According to some embodiments of the present invention, the cosmetic composition contains the pear stone cells as scrub particles, does not irritate the skin, has good feeling of use, and exhibits excellent and uniform dead skin cell removing effect and pore tightening effect. In particular, the pear stone cells of the present invention are added as scrub particles, thereby controlling the scrubbing strength depending on the size of stone cell and improving stability and feeling of use as a natural material.
