본 발명은 아피오스 음료의 제조방법에 관한 것으로 보다 상세하게는 아피오스와 물을 혼합하여 습식분쇄하여 분쇄물을 얻는 단계; 상기의 아피오스 습식분쇄물에 정제수를 첨가하면서 체(sieve)로 여과시켜 여과액을 얻는 단계; 및 상기 여과액의 농도를 조절 후 가열하고 살균하는 단계를 포함하는 아피오스 음료의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A producing method of apiose drink containing plant extracts is provided to offer natural calcium, essential amino acid, and other nutrients contained in the apiose to eaters. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of apiose drink comprises the following steps: mixing apiose and water, and wet-milling the mixture; mixing the apiose mixture with 5-20 times the amount of purified water, and filtering the mixture with a 100-200 mesh sieve to obtain filtrate; adjusting the concentration of the filtrate; heating the filtrate at 90-100 deg. C for 10-30 minutes; and sterilizing the heated filtrate at 120-130 deg. C for 10-30 minutes in a sterilizer. PURPOSE: A method for enhancing transformation efficiency using useful gene-introduced Agrobacterium is provided to stably transfer the gene into Chrysanthemum. CONSTITUTION: A method for enhancing transformation efficiency in Chrysanthemum comprises: a step of inoculating useful gene-introduced Agrobacterium with 0.7-1.0 of OD 600 value into a scratched leaf fragment of Chrysanthemum; a step of culturing the leaf fragment in a co-culture medium containing 20 mg/L of acetosyringone for 4 days; and a step of selecting the leaf fragments in a redifferentaition selective medium. The useful gene is a combination of CuZnSOD(copper zinc superoxide dismutase) gene and APX(ascorbate peroxidase) or NDPK2(nucleoside diphosphate kinase 2) gene.

PURPOSE: A composition containing yacon extract is provided to ensure strong antibacterial activity against bacteria causing dental caries or periodontitis. CONSTITUTION: An antibacterial composition against bacteria against dental caries or periodontitis contains yacon extract as an active ingredient. The bacteria causing dental caries are Streptococcus mutans, Streptococcus sobrinus, or Lactobacillus salivarius. A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating dental caries or periodontal diseases contains yacon extract as an active ingredient.

PURPOSE: An antioxidative and anti-gastric cancer composition using Pholiota nameko and a functional Pholiota nameko Muk(Korean acorn starch jelly) using the same are provided to prevent or treat gastric cancer. CONSTITUTION: An antioxidatvie and anticancer composition contains Pholiota nameko extract having mucopolysaccharide. The Pholiota nameko extract is obtained by mixing Pholiota nameko fruit body and water, grinding, centrifuging, and collecting supernatant. The Pholiota nameko extract is a freeze-dried powder of lower liquid obtained by centrifugation. The composition further contains concentrated pear juice. The functional Pholiota nameko Muk is produced by mixing agar extract to the Pholiota nameko extract having mucopolysaccharide.

CONSTITUTION: An aromatic water steam distillation apparatus includes a sample distillation extractor body(10) having a heat plate(1) and a drainpipe(2). A supporting member is formed on the circumference of the sample distillation extractor inner body. An upper base cover is formed in a steam outlet. A screw type cooling pipe is arranged in the lateral direction of the body in a vertical downward direction. A screw-type cooling pipe is connected with a connection pipe to the vent of cover built-in the inside to the vertical direction.

PURPOSE: A functional cream composition and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to ensure antibacterial and whitening effects and to enhance skin elasticity. CONSTITUTION: A functional cream composition contains 5-10%(v/v) of cucumber concentrated liquid; 35-45%(v/v) of base oil containing jojoba oil, castor oil, sunflower oil, and emulsifier; 1-10%(v/v) of moisturizer; 1-5%(v/v) of preservative; 5-10%(v/v) of herb extract; and remaining amount of purified water. A method for manufacturing the functional cream comprises: a step of blending the base oil; a step of bathing the base oil; a step of adding preservative to the base oil and bathing; a step of adding cucumber concentrated liquid; and a step of adding herb extract and homogenizing.

CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing a functional cucumber beverage including a cucumber concentration comprises the following steps: squeezing crushed cucumber through a juice extractor using centrifugal force; filtering the juice using a micro-filter; processing a filtrate with an enzyme after sterilizing and cooling the filtrate; filtering the liquid which is processed with the enzyme and concentrating the liquid through centrifugal filtration; and adding the concentrate and additives to purified water and homogenizing the mixture.

CONSTITUTION: A first exhaust vent(11a) is formed on the top of a ginseng cultivating greenhouse body(11). A first exhaust vent roof(12) is installed to cover the first exhaust vent and is separated from the first exhaust vent. A second exhaust vent roof(11b) is formed on one side of the both sides of the ginseng cultivating greenhouse body.
