Disclosed is a system for charging a battery for an electric vehicle. The system includes: a distinguishing step of identifying express charging or slow charging; a measuring step of measuring a value of reference currents, stored in advance, after calculating an amount of electric currents to be charged when slow charging is identified; and a first calculation step of calculating expected time for slow charging by using the amount of electric currents to be charged and a current value of previous charging.

PURPOSE: A polyarylene-based polymer is provided to have high hydrogen ion conductivity, to have excellent chemical stability and dimensional stability, and to especially manufacture a fuel cell with excellent long term durability. CONSTITUTION: A polyarylene-based polymer comprises a repeating unit indicated in chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, each of R^1-R^4 is independently -H, -SO3R, -PO(OH)2, -F, -CN, a C1~20 alkyl group, C1~20 alkoxy group, C6~18 aryl group, or C1~20 acyl group, where R of -SO3R is hydrogen, a C1-20 alkyl group, C1-20 alkoxy group, C6-18 aryl group or C1-20 acyl group, each of k is independently an integer from 1-5, n is an integer from 1-99. The weight average molecular weight of the polyarylene-based polymer is 10,000-1,000,000.

PURPOSE: A polymer electrolyte membrane for fuel cell is provided to have the low permeability of fuel gas, the high conductivity of hydrogen ion, the excellent durability of a membrane, and excellent membrane-electrode interface stability thereby obtaining long time stability of membrane-electrode assembly. CONSTITUTION: A polymer electrolyte membrane for fuel cell comprises: a poly(arylene ether) copolymer in the chemical formula 1; and a polymer consisting of one or more kind of monomers selected from the group consisting of vinylidene fluoride, trifluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene and hexafluoropropylene. The poly(arylene ether) copolymer is a random copolymer or a block copolymer.

CONSTITUTION: A polymer electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell comprises (a) a poly(aryleneether) copolymer of chemical formula 1 and (b) a polymer including at least one selected from the group consisting of vinylidene fluoride, trifluoroethylene, tetrafluoroethylene, and hexafluoropropylene. The average molecular weight of the poly(aryleneether) copolymer is 10,000-1,000,000.

PURPOSE: A cutting device for a masking tape is provided to achieve improved workability by allowing the height of the cutting device to be adjusted in accordance with the height of the worker. CONSTITUTION: A cutting device comprises a roller(11) wound with a masking tape(10); a support bar(12) for supporting the roller, which has an adjustable height; and a cutter knife(16) supported by the support bar and disposed in front of the roller; a cutter knife support bar(17) for supporting the cutter knife; a support member(15) interposed between the roller and the cutter knife, which prevents the masking tape from being deflected; and a safety cover(18) for covering the blade of the cutter knife. The support bar has a height adjustable by a clamp(14), and the cutter knife is arranged to be replaceable.
