PURPOSE: A collision detection system and a method are provided to detect collision risk from various angles by using current vehicle information and parking environment information. CONSTITUTION: A collision detection system comprises a map based collision estimator (100) which outputs first target vehicle speed by using current location of a vehicle and a map for parking slot; a front and rear side parking assistant system (FRPAS) - car speed based collision estimator which outputs second target vehicle speed by using current vehicle speed and measuring value of FRPAS; an FRPAS stop decision part which outputs third target vehicle speed by using the FRPAS measuring value; a stop decision part for excessive car speed which determines whether the current car speed exceeds the standard vehicle speed or not and outputs fourth target vehicle speed; and a management part for collision preventing operation which is input one or more of the first, second, third, and fourth target vehicle speed and calculates final target vehicle speed refer to input target car speed.

Abstract:
PURPOSE: A high voltage battery safety controlling method and a high voltage battery cooling structure related the same are provided to improve a safety of vehicles by preventing a generation of a combustible gas due to overcharging state of the high voltage battery loaded on vehicles. CONSTITUTION: An overcharging state of a high voltage battery is determined(S11). A current of all electric apparatuses related to the high voltage battery except for a cooling fan is secluded according to the overcharging state of the high voltage battery(S12). A speed of the cooling fan is controlled. The cooling pan is operated to a maximum speed in case of overcharging state of the high voltage battery in a process of grasping the state of the battery(S13). A duct between the cooling fan and the high voltage battery has a closure structure about the outside.

PURPOSE: A heating device of a hybrid vehicle is provided to effectively reduce the heating load of a vehicle by guiding, the air heated by cooling an integrated package module, to the front of the vehicle, and then by supplying it to the air conditioning device of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A heating device of a hybrid vehicle comprises a guide duct(12) and a direction control unit. The guidance duct supplies the air heated by the cooling of the integrated package module(11) to the air conditioning device located at the front of the vehicle. According to the manipulation of a heating switch, the direction control unit guides the heated air to the guide duct or the outside. The direction control unit comprises a direction control valve and an electronic control unit. The direction control valve is formed at an exhaust duct directing the air heated through the cooling of the integrated package module to the outside. According to the manipulation of the heating switch, the electronic control unit controls the direction control valve to adjust the flow direction of the air to the guide duct or the outside.

PURPOSE: A battery voltage sensing device for a hybrid vehicle is provided to maintain contact force which is stronger than contact force of a spring due to increasing contact area from point contact to line contact. CONSTITUTION: A battery voltage sensing device for a hybrid vehicle comprises a cell lead tab(15) which is attached to a side of a cell module(14) and a receptacle(16) whose top end is inserted into a cell lead tab in order to measure the voltage of a battery. The top end of the receptacle is formed in a widening structure so that the both sides of the receptacle easliy contacts with the cell lead tab.

PURPOSE: A duct structure for an integration package module of a hybrid vehicle is provided to reduce a weight and cost of the vehicle by minimizing a length of an inflow duct by forming an L-shaped cooling flow path. CONSTITUTION: A duct structure for an integration package module(2) of a hybrid vehicle comprises a first inlet and a second inlet. The first inlet is formed in an upper side adjacent to the integration package module of a package tray(1a). Cold air flows into the first inlet. The second inlet is formed in a front lower part rear surface of a rear package tray. The cold air flows into the second inlet. The second inlet is connected to one end of an inlet duct(3). The other end of the inlet duct is connected to a case(2a) of the integration package module.
