Abstract: 본 발명은, 자동차 엔진의 래칭축 회전식 가변 밸브 장치에 관한 것으로서, 로우 캠과 접촉되는 롤러가 일체로 형성된 이너 바디와; 상기 이너 바디의 외측에 마련되어 하이 캠과 접촉되는 패드가 마련된 아우터 바디와; 상기 아우터 바디에 설치된 브래킷의 내부에 마련되고, 전동 모터의 구동력에 의해 회전하는 래칭축과; 상기 이너 바디와 상기 아우터 바디 사이에 마련되며, 상기 래칭축이 회전됨에 따라 상기 이너 바디와 상기 아우터 바디를 걸림 유지 또는 걸림 해제시켜 밸브의 리프트 량을 조절하는 래칭 유닛을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
이에 의하여, 유압을 이용하지 않고 기계적인 래칭 시스템이 적용되어 엔진의 노화를 막을 수 있다.-

Abstract: PURPOSE: A continuous variable valve lift device is provided to regulate the opening and lift distance of a valve easily and precisely without moving a drive cam. CONSTITUTION: A continuous variable valve lift device comprises a control shoe(300), a drive cam(400), and a moving mechanism(500). The control shoe has a slide surface(310) on one side contacting a rocker arm(200) for opening and closing an engine valve, and presses the rocker arm to move. The moving mechanism is contacted with the drive cam and provided with the torque to move the control shoe. The slide surface is composed of a zero lift section which doesn't move the rocker arm, and low and high lift sections to move the rocker arm at different angles.

CONSTITUTION: A variable valve lifting device comprises an input cam(110), a valve opening/closing part(200), an eccentric shaft(300) and a connection part(400). An input shaft(100) has the input cam. The eccentric shaft is equipped in the input shaft in parallel. The connection part opens and closes the valve opening/closing part after receiving rotation of the input cam. The rotation center of a connecting part can be changed with the eccentric shaft.

Abstract: A variable valve system is provided to open and close a valve with a low lift mode by rotating a low lift cam through the separation of an outer body and an inner body. Abstract: A variable valve operating system is provided to improve functions of a variable valve by constructing a valve device to have a mechanical structure instead of a hydraulic structure. A variable valve operating system comprises a cam follower(50) and a valve device. The cam follower includes an inner body(65) and an outer body. A locking member(60) is formed at one end of the inner body. The outer body surrounds a lateral portion of the inner body and is latched with the inner body by a latching device(70). If the inner body is latched with the outer body by the latching device, the inner and outer bodies perform the see-saw movement about a driving cam, thereby lifting an intake/exhaust valve(95) connected to the driving cam by a lost motion pin(90).

Abstract: A continuously variable valve lift system in an engine is provided to reduce a volume of the engine by adjusting the entire height of a cylinder head at a lower level. A continuously variable valve lift system in an engine includes a cam shaft(12), a rotary adjustment mechanism(14), a bearing member(18), a resilient member(20), and a rocker arm(22). The cam shaft is installed at a cylinder head to be linked to a crankshaft, and has a plurality of cams for opening/closing suction/discharge valves. The rotary adjustment mechanism has a first contact part variably adjusted according to an operation state of the engine and having a predetermined radius of curvature. The bearing member is pressed by the cam and the first contact part of the rotary adjustment mechanism to vary a moving trajectory in a dependent manner. The resilient member resiliently adheres the bearing member, the cam, and the rotary adjustment mechanism to each other. The rocker arm is installed to press the suction/discharge valves.
