Abstract:
PURPOSE: A non-destructive analysis method for measuring protein contents of brown and milled rice of wet-paddy rice by a near infrared spectroscopy is provided to simply evaluate the wet-paddy rice by analyzing and predicting the protein content of brown and milled rice. CONSTITUTION: A non-destructive analysis method for measuring protein contents of brown and milled rice of wet-paddy rice by a near infrared spectroscopy comprises the following steps. A near-infrared spectrum is obtained from test sample wet-paddy rice. The polished rice is made by polishing the test sample wet-paddy rice and the protein content of the polished rice is measured. A measurement formula is derived using obtained correlation of the near-infrared spectrum and the protein content of the polished rice. The near-infrared spectrum is obtained from the sample wet-paddy rice. The protein content of the polished rice is predicted using the measuring formula.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing soy sauce including a step of adding, into a soy sauce, Gastrodia elata Blume, Lentinula edodes, or a combination thereof, and fermenting the resultant soy sauce for 1 to 1,000 days at a temperature of 10-40°C. The soy sauce prepared by the method of the present invention has very good antioxidant activity to alleviate diabetes and hypertension and also has good sensory attributes.

PURPOSE: A method for processing Astragali radix using Jubak(alcohol filter cake), processed Astragali radix, and an extract thereof are provided to enhance antioxidation, to suppress nitrogen oxide generation, and to enhance flavor. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing Astragali radix using Jubak comprises: a step of mixing Astragali radix, Jubak, and honey in a ratio of 1:1:0.2 and forming a mixture; a step of maturing and steaming the mixture; and a step of cooling and drying the mixture. The processed Astragali radix has high polyphenol content and excellent anti-oxidation activity. PURPOSE: An anti-stress composition is provided to ensure high immunity and antioxidation and to relieve psychological anxiety. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an anti-stress composition comprises: a step of mixing 30-50 weight parts of foxglove extract, 30-50 weight part of Angelica gigas Nakai, and 10-30 weight parts of Curcuma longa extract; a step of adding extraction solvent and extracting at room temperature; and a step of decompressing at 35-45°C. The Zizyphi spinosi Semen extract is prepared by mixing at 95~100°C for 20~40 minutes. The extraction solvent is purified water or ethanol.

PURPOSE: Provided is a composition of nutrient solution for producing seed ginger from seedlings from ginger tissue culture, which can produce a large amount of seed ginger within reduced time. CONSTITUTION: The composition includes 11.0me/l of NO3, 0.5me/l of NH4, 1.5me/l of P, 8.0me/l of K, 3.0me/l of Ca and 1.5me/l of Mg as macroelements and 20ppm of chelate iron, 4ppm of boron, 2ppm of Manganese Sulfate, 0.2ppm of Zinc Sulfate, 0.05ppm of copper sulfate and 0.02ppm of sodium molybdate as trace elements.
