Abstract:
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a pedestrian position estimating apparatus based on pedestrian motion recognition and a method thereof, which can provide the position information in real time for the pedestrian who carries a mobile device in an indoor space by estimating the position of a pedestrian naturally regardless of unspecified behavior patterns or motions of the pedestrian, thereby solving problems of the conventional technologies. The pedestrian position estimating method comprises the following steps: recognizing a specific motion among multiple motions of a pedestrian; performing unique pedestrian dead-reckoning (PDR) corresponding to the recognized specific motion among multiple unique PDR for the above multiple motions respectively; and estimating the position of the pedestrian based on the performed unique PDR. Abstract:
The present invention relates to a sensor which measures the concentration of a specific ion by sensing the amplification of fine current changes on the specific ion using a surface modified carbon nanostructure being in contact with an ion selective membrane (ISM) when the specific ion is adsorbed or reacts to the surface or the inside of the ISM. A sensor in the present invention has a very excellent sensitivity by using a surface modified carbon nanostructure. Therefore, the sensor is applicable as an environmental sensor, a chemical sensor, or a bio sensor.
