    Abstract: PURPOSE: A share photo diode image sensor is provided to improve a resolution by simultaneously driving a transfer transistor more than two adjacent to the photo diode. CONSTITUTION: Diffusion areas(311,316) focus an electronics from a photo diode(300). Transfer transistors(310,315) connect the photo diode with the diffusion area. A read-out circuit reads out a signal from the diffusion area. The neighboring unit pixel forms a share photo diode. A sensing signal is created by simultaneously sanctioning a turn on signal in the share photo diode connecting with a plurality of transfer transistors.

    Abstract: A method for separating/converting a multiband signal and an apparatus thereof are provided to expand the service available area regardless of the type of an input/output signal by using the first switch and a photo-electric converter.     Abstract: An optical hybrid module is provided to implement an antenna and a filter on a single layer or multi-layer substrate, and supply the bias required for an optical element and amplifier through a solder ball. An optical hybrid module(20) comprises the followings: a silicon optical bench(24) which comprises an optical fiber(23) and an optical element are prepared while being installed on a substrate(21); an amplifier(25) which is installed on the substrate and is connected to the optical element prepared in the silicon optical bench to amplify the signals transmitted from the optical element; and an antenna which is prepared in the substrate so as to be connected with the amplifier and transmits the signals amplified in the amplifier.     Abstract: A waveguide p-i-n photodiode is provided to acquire the maximum coupling coefficient between the photodiode itself and a single mode optical fiber or a silica waveguide by using a graded index distribution centering on an optical absorption layer. A lower optical guide layer is formed on a substrate(10). An optical absorption layer(18) is formed on the lower optical guide layer. An upper optical guide layer is on the optical absorption layer. A clad layer(26) is formed on the upper optical guide layer. The lower optical guide layer, the optical absorption layer and the upper optical guide layer are used for forming a core layer, wherein the core layer is used as a waveguide. The resultant structure has a symmetrical graded index distribution centering on the optical absorption layer.
