PURPOSE: A heating device of a hybrid vehicle is provided to effectively reduce the heating load of a vehicle by guiding, the air heated by cooling an integrated package module, to the front of the vehicle, and then by supplying it to the air conditioning device of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A heating device of a hybrid vehicle comprises a guide duct(12) and a direction control unit. The guidance duct supplies the air heated by the cooling of the integrated package module(11) to the air conditioning device located at the front of the vehicle. According to the manipulation of a heating switch, the direction control unit guides the heated air to the guide duct or the outside. The direction control unit comprises a direction control valve and an electronic control unit. The direction control valve is formed at an exhaust duct directing the air heated through the cooling of the integrated package module to the outside. According to the manipulation of the heating switch, the electronic control unit controls the direction control valve to adjust the flow direction of the air to the guide duct or the outside.

본 발명은 하이브리드 차량의 통합 패키지 모듈용 덕트구조에 관한 것으로, 냉각공기를 통합 패키지 모듈의 내부로 유입시키기 위한 흡입구와 통합 패키지 모듈 사이를 연결하는 덕트의 길이를 최소화시켜 차량의 중량과 원가를 절감시키면서 실링성 및 장착성을 향상시키고, 통합 패키지 모듈의 내부에 덕트를 장착하여 배터리 모듈과 전자부품들 사이의 유량손실을 방지함과 더불어 냉각성능도 향상시킬 수 있도록 패키지트레이의 통합 패키지 모듈과 인접한 상부면에 냉각공기가 유입되게 하는 제1흡입구가 형성됨과 더불어 상기 후방 패키지트레이의 프론트 하부 후방면에도 냉각공기가 유입되는 하는 제2흡입구가 각각 형성되고, 상기 제2흡입구는 유입덕트의 일단과 연통하도록 접속됨과 더불어 상기 유입덕트의 타단은 상기 통합 패키지 모듈의 케이스와 연통하도록 접속된 것을 특징으로 한다. 통합 패키지 모듈, 유입덕트, 안내덕트

PURPOSE: A battery voltage sensing device for a hybrid vehicle is provided to maintain contact force which is stronger than contact force of a spring due to increasing contact area from point contact to line contact. CONSTITUTION: A battery voltage sensing device for a hybrid vehicle comprises a cell lead tab(15) which is attached to a side of a cell module(14) and a receptacle(16) whose top end is inserted into a cell lead tab in order to measure the voltage of a battery. The top end of the receptacle is formed in a widening structure so that the both sides of the receptacle easliy contacts with the cell lead tab.

PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing water from flowing into high-voltage electric equipment is provided to secure safety of a vehicle by preventing a fire and a short circuit. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for preventing water from flowing into high-voltage electric equipment comprises a package tray and an air flow grill(13). The air flow grill is connected with inside for cooling the high-voltage electric equipment, and air is flowed to the air flow grill. A plurality of air inlets are formed on both sides of the air flow grill. The cross section of the air flow grill has an arch-shaped comb structure. In case water is poured in the upper part of the air flow grill, the water is flowed down, and the water inflow is blocked.

PURPOSE: A duct structure for a combination package module of a hybrid vehicle is provided to reduce the noise generated by cooling air colliding with the vehicle chassis. CONSTITUTION: A duct structure for a combination package module of a hybrid vehicle has a duct(3) which leads cooling air of the combination package module to the outside of chassis(1). An outlet of the duct is extended to an outlet of an exhaust grill formed in the chassis and is arranged facing with the exhaust grill outlet. The cross section of the duct is uniform through the whole length, and the cross section of the duct outlet is an oval shape.

CONSTITUTION: A duct structure for an integration package module(2) of a hybrid vehicle comprises a first inlet and a second inlet. The first inlet is formed in an upper side adjacent to the integration package module of a package tray(1a). Cold air flows into the first inlet. The second inlet is formed in a front lower part rear surface of a rear package tray. The cold air flows into the second inlet. The second inlet is connected to one end of an inlet duct(3). The other end of the inlet duct is connected to a case(2a) of the integration package module.

A battery module terminal for a high voltage battery, having a structure for preventing rotation and a bus bar are provided to prevent the rotation of a battery module terminal by torque applied to a bolt in assembling a bus bar to the battery module terminal with a bolt. A battery module terminal(12) for a high voltage battery and a bus bar(14) is not to be rotated at the regulation torque or less of a bolt in screwing a bolt(24) through a bolt hole(22) of the bus bar to the battery module terminal, by forming a planar part(26) for preventing rotation to a plurality of battery module terminals(20) constituting a high voltage battery and forming a bent part(28) for preventing rotation in order to adhere closely to the planar part.
