Abstract: PURPOSE: To provide a load diverter mounted with a cylinder member horizontally and to reduce installation height of the load diverter, thereby smoothly performing the flow of loads and to repair a cylinder member immediately because the cylinder member is installed in the diverter horizontally and is not covered with a cover. CONSTITUTION: A load diverter is composed of a base(10) installed between conveyors, first/second rotary shafts(20,30) mounted rotatably to both sides of the base by brackets(21), a cylinder member(40) mounted to one side of the first rotary shaft, a first link member converting a horizontal motion of the cylinder member into a rotary motion, a first lifting unit(60), a stay bar, a second lifting unit(80), a plurality of feed roller members, and a driving motor(91) rotating the feed roller members. One end of the first link member is mounted rotatably to one end of a rod(41) in the cylinder member. The other end of the first link member is fixed to the first rotary shaft. The first lifting unit includes a plurality of second link members mounted to the first rotary shaft and forming a predetermined angle to the first link member, a third link member rotatably mounted to the second link members and moving up and down on the base, and a first lifting block moving up and down with the third link member. The stay bar is rotatably mounted to a pair of fourth link members fixed to the first and second rotary shaft, and transmits the rotary force of the first rotary shaft to the second rotary shaft. The second lifting unit includes a plurality of fifth link members mounted to the second rotary shaft and forming a predetermined angle to the fourth link member, a sixth link member rotatably mounted to the fifth link members and moving up and down on the base, and a second lifting block moving up and down with the sixth link member. The feed roller members are mounted rotatably between the first and second lifting blocks.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An LPG-filling reservation system is provided to perform filling of LPG(Liquefied Petroleum Gas) through the forecasting of the approaching of an LPG vehicle. CONSTITUTION: In a system filling with an LPG-filler(50) through the piping from an LPG tank with preparation for an LPG vehicle(500), an LPG-filling reservation system includes a reservation switch(SW1)(100), a filling alarm(200), a completion switch(SW2)(210), a digital counter(220), a warning unit(230), and an LPG operation unit(300). The reservation switch is installed to the former line of the LPG-filling process and switched according to the push motion. The filling alarm is installed to the filling process line and operated according to the push motion of the reservation switch. The completion switch is installed to the filling alarm and the completion switch switches the filling-completion state according to the push motion.
