    Abstract: The construction of the gene of soluble lymphotoxin (I) consists of (1) extracting mRNA from RPMI 1788 cell line, (2) cloning gene of (I) with primers into plasmid pLT1, (3) mutating (I) with primers of 5'-CTC CCA GGC GTT GGT CTT ACC CCA TCA GCT GCC CAG ACT GCC CGT-3' and 5'-GGA GAC TAA GTC TTA TTA CAG AGC GAA GGC TCC AAA GAA-3', (4) transferring (3) product into plasmid pT7LT3 (KCTC 8513P) (III). After culturing E. coli having (III) at 20-21 deg.C, 11.5 mg/liter of crude (I) is harvested. (I) is useful for anticancer.

    Abstract translation: 可溶性淋巴毒素（I）基因的构建由（1）从RPMI 1788细胞系提取mRNA，（2）将引物（I）的克隆基因引入质粒pLT1，（3）突变（I）引物5 '-CTC CCA GGC GTT GGT CTT ACC CCA TCA GCT GCC CAG ACT GCC CGT-3'和5'-GGA GAC TAA GTC TTA TTA CAG AGC GAA GGC TCC AAA GAA-3'，（4）将（3）产物转移 质粒pT7LT3（KCTC 8513P）（III）。 在20-21℃培养具有（III）的大肠杆菌后，收获11.5mg / l的原油（I）。 （I）对抗癌有用。

    Abstract: The method for producing human interleukin-2 protein in a tobacco tissue comprises: (a) inserting human interleukin-2 gene into a vector pBKS-1 to obtain a recombinant plasmid DNA; (b) transforming it into Agrobacterium tumefaciens; (c) adding the transformants into tobacco leaves callus and culturing at 25 deg.C for 1-2 days in a dark place; (d) washing it with MS medium and culturing in a selective medium containing kanamycin and carbenicillin; (e) culturing it to obtain a tobacco tissue (KCTC 8499P), producing human interleukin-2 protein.
