Abstract: The present invention relates to a passenger-customized compartment control system. The passenger-customized compartment control system comprises a passenger terminal which creates customer request information of a passenger with regard to environmental settings in a compartment of a train and wirelessly transmits the created customer request information; a decision making server which analyzes the customer request information received from the passenger terminal to create operation control information for controlling heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) in the compartment; and a compartment information control server which controls in-compartment facilities according to the operation control information received from the decision making server. According to the present invention, the opinions of passengers can be collected through terminals such as smartphones and the operation of relevant in-compartment facilities can be performed properly and separately in real time according to the collected customer request information, thereby customizing an in-compartment environment depending on a passenger′s situation.
