Abstract: PURPOSE: An electromotive CVVT(Continuous Variable Valve Timing) mechanism is provided to increase the freedom of an engine layout as the whole length is reduced, and to improve engine efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An electromotive CVVT(Continuous Variable Valve Timing) mechanism comprises a cam sprocket(10), a cam shaft(20), a motor unit(30), a lead screw(40), and a camshaft holder(50). The cam shaft is relatively rotated to the cam sprocket. The lead screw is installed in the motor unit, and connected to the motor unit by a screw. The lead screw is moved along the length of the cam shaft by the motor unit. The cam shaft is moved along the length of the cam shaft by the lead screw. The cam shaft holder controls the valve timing by changing the relative phase angle of the cam shaft to the cam sprocket.

Abstract: A hydraulic pressure variable valve lift apparatus may include a housing that a piston chamber that one side thereof is opened is formed, a valve operating piston that is slidably disposed in the piston chamber and one end thereof is connected to a valve for opening/closing a port, and an EHV hydraulic pump that is configured to supply the piston chamber with oil, wherein a first oil passage is formed between the EHV hydraulic pump and the piston chamber on as to supply a side surface of the piston chamber with oil, and an orifice hole is formed from a piston side surface of the valve operating piston to a piston upper end surface. Accordingly, the valve lift amount can be varied according to the operating condition of the engine, a hydraulic pressure variable valve lift apparatus reduces an impact at a moment when the valve is closed by having a valve lift formed a ramp profile and does not require accurate process of multi orifice and thereby decreases a production cost.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A VCR(Variable Compression Ratio) device, is provided to secure an operation safety through restricting motion trajectory of an eccentric link by a balance weight and a guide bar. CONSTITUTION: A VCR(Variable Compression Ratio) device comprises a connecting rod(20), an eccentric link(40), a variable link(50), a variable gear link(60), a control shaft(80) and a guide bar(90). One end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to a piston(10) through a piston pin(12). The other end of the connecting rod is rotatably connected to a crank shaft(30). An eccentric bearing is connected to one end of the eccentric link and installed in a mounting groove concentrically. One end of the variable link is connected to the other end of the eccentric link to be rotated. The variable gear link is rotated about a fixing shaft(70). A first gear teeth(62) is formed in an outer circumference of the variable gear link. An outer surface portion of the variable gear link is connected to the other end of the variable link to be rotated. A second gear teeth(82) of the control shaft is engaged with the first gear teeth. The control shaft is rotated to spin the variable gear link. The guide bar restricts horizontal movements of the eccentric link with the connecting rod.

CONSTITUTION: A continuously variable valve timing apparatus includes a housing(350), a cycloid gear device, and a planetary gear device.
