PURPOSE: A remotely controllable opening and closing device of a debris barrier dewatering outlet is provided to facilitate control of the water storage of a debris barrier by remotely opening or closing a valve and manually opening or closing the valve in the field using a motor and a manual knob. CONSTITUTION: A remotely controllable opening and closing device of a debris barrier dewatering outlet comprises a reducer (30), a flexible rotary shaft (40), a rotating unit (50), and a controller. The reducer is connected to a valve (20). The flexible rotary shaft comprises a plurality of bearings (41). The flexible rotary shaft is inserted into a pipe (42) which is piped between the rotating unit and the reducer. The rotating unit comprises a motor (54) and a manual knob (57). The rotating unit rotates an end of the flexible rotary shaft. The controller controls the operation of the rotating unit.

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of functional food is provided to manufacture functional food by manufacturing enzymatic hydrolysate of abalone and adding algae and extract of native grass. CONSTITUTION: Abalone is washed, and foreign substances and shells are removed. The edible part of the pre-processed abalone is pulverized with a pulverizer. The enzymatic hydrolysis is performed by adding protease to the pulverized material. The enzymatic hydrolysate of abalone is thermally processed to inactivate the enzyme. The raw materials including marine algae and native grass etc. are washed, and foreign substances are removed. Hot water extraction is performed by adding 10 times of water to the pre-processed raw materials, individually or together. The extract is filtered and concentrated or dried. PURPOSE: A fruiting promoter is provided to remarkably reduce malformed fruits and phytotoxicity generated when fertilizing a pumpkin(squash) and or a tomato, and to resolve fertilization and fruiting failure due to environmental barriers such as drying at low temperatures, high temperatures and high humidity, and light deficiency. CONSTITUTION: A fruiting promoter contains a tomato shoot extract as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the extract comprises: a step of adding water or ethanol to a tomato shoot and stirring; a step of filtering to obtain a liquid; and a step of centrifuging and collecting supernatant.

본 발명은 해조 식혜의 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 해조류 추출물을 첨가함으로써 전통음료인 식혜의 고유한 맛과 해조류가 갖고 있는 효능을 갖는 해조류를 이용한 식혜를 제조할 수 있는 해조 식혜의 제조 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 해조 식혜의 제조 방법은, 김, 꼬시래기, 다시마, 미역, 톳, 모자반, 매생이, 가시파래 중에서 선택된 해조류에 물 또는 물-에탄올 혼합물을 혼합한 다음 가열하여 해조류 추출물을 제조하는 단계와, 엿기름에 정제수를 가한 다음 가열하여 엿기름 추출물을 제조하는 단계와, 쌀로 고두밥을 제조하는 단계와, 제조된 고두밥에 엿기름 추출물을 넣고 가열하여 당화시킨 다음 고두밥과 당화액을 분리하여 당화액을 제조하는 단계와; 상기 해조류 추출물과 당화액을 혼합한 다음 가열하는 식혜 제조 단계를 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 한다. 해조류, 식혜
