CONSTITUTION: A point of symmetry extracting unit(110) extracts an I/Q channel average trace of the continuous wave signal by receiving a continuous wave signal. An error extracting unit(120) extracts a distortion of the continuous wave signal from the I/Q channel average trace extracted from the point of symmetry extracting unit. A compensation unit(130) compensates a mismatching generated between an I channel signal and a Q channel signal of the continuous wave signal using the distortion of the continuous wave signal. The compensation unit normalizes the I/Q channel average trace to a circular.
