Abstract: An improved structure of an oil guide and a thrust washer for an auto transmission is provided to enhance lubricant capacity by supplying oil from an input shaft to the oil guide through the thrust washer having an oil holding unit. An improved structure of an oil guide and a thrust washer for an auto transmission includes a thrust washer(300) and an oil guide(500). The thrust washer includes an input shaft(100) for delivering the power of an engine, an oil holding unit, an oil groove(200). The oil holding part and the oil groove receive lubricating oil from the input shaft and reduce friction with a balance piston. The oil guide includes a cocking unit(510), which increases the lubricant capacity of a needle roller bearing(400) by supplying oil from the thrust washer to a pinion shaft, for fixing into a planetary gear carrier.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A sleeve unit for a planetary carrier is provided to prevent abrasion of the planetary carrier due to bush rotation and to prevent oil provided from an input shaft to leak to outside the planetary carrier. CONSTITUTION: An oil supply hole is mounted on an input shaft(10). A plurality of oil holes is formed on the outer circumference of a shaft unit in a columnar direction. A groove is formed on a planetary carrier(20) along a longitudinal direction of the shaft unit. A bush and a bearing are placed at the planetary carrier. A body unit(110) is pressed and inserted to the shaft unit of the planetary carrier. The body unit is formed into a cylinder shape.
