An apparatus for dispersing load and reinforcing rigidity of a rear wheel house panel of a vehicle comprises a mounting bracket(2) welded to a bottom side of a rear wheel house inner panel(1), a rear suspension spring seat bracket(4) and a quarter inner panel(6). The apparatus for dispersing load and reinforcing rigidity includes a lower reinforcement member and an upper reinforcement member. The lower reinforcement member has a top end welded at the bottom of the mounting bracket and a bottom end coupled to the top end of the rear suspension spring seat bracket.
