Abstract: The invention concerns a process and device for the continuous preparation of N-acylaminocarboxylic acids and N-acylaminosulphonic acids and their alkali metal salts from the alkali metal salts of aminocarboxylic acids and aminosulphonic acids and carboxylic acid halides in a reactor taking the form of a closed circuit.
