Abstract: The present invention discloses a plasma non-stick pan and manufacturing method thereof. The plasma non-stick pan comprises a pan body and a non-stick layer applied to the pan body; a plasma layer is provided between the non-stick layer and the pan body, and the plasma layer comprises a MCrALY layer sprayed to the surface of the pan body and a mixture layer sprayed outside of the MCrALY layer, and the mixture layer is composed of MCrALY particles and metal oxide particles. The MCrALY layer has good toughness and strong adhesion, and it is easy to bind with the substrate with high fastness after binding, playing a buffering role and laying a foundation for the subsequent spraying of mixture layer.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a stable aqueous composition comprising an aqueous component, a hydrophobic complex comprised of a multivalent metal salt complexed with nanocellulose fibers and lignin, with the composition exhibiting a viscosity sufficient to prevent coalescing and settling of the hydrophobic complex in the aqueous component. The composition may be used to coat surfaces of articles to produce a hydrophobic surface. Once applied to the surface, the aqueous coating is spread to form a wet film covering the surface and is then dewatered and dried to produce a dried hydrophobic coating.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an inorganic paint composition, and a method for forming an inorganic paint film by using the same. The inorganic paint composition comprises: at least one alkali metal silicates represented by the following chemical formulas 1-3; phosphoric acid (H3PO4); one or more strong bases selected from KOH, NaOH and LiOH; and water (H2O) (In chemical formulas 1-3, x and y are 0.01-500, and n is a natural number of 1-20). [Chemical formula 1] xNa2O.ySiO2.nH2O, [Chemical formula 2] xK2O.ySiO2.nH2O, and [Chemical formula 3] xLi2O.ySiO2.nH2O. An inorganic coating film formed using the inorganic paint composition of the present invention has a strong binding force, regardless of the kinds of base materials, and thus shows excellent adhesion, adherence and the like to the base material and is not separated from the base material even after a long time.

Abstract: The present invention provides a water-based coating and/or coating system used to form sag resistant wet layers or coatings on a wide range of substrates. The coating system is effective for protecting metal-containing substrates, such as intermodal cargo containers, against corrosion. As an overview, the present invention provides water-based compositions as primer coats on substrates, and methods for applying the same to substrates. The method includes steps of applying a water-based paint to the interior surfaces of a substrate and drying the substrate by continuously forcing heated air onto the substrate as it moves through a drying chamber. Desirably, the primer incorporates a high level of one or more CAS agents for excellent sag resistance while drying in a broad range of relative humidity environments. Alternatively, modifications can be made to control temperature and humidity during spray application and drying as a way to increase sag resistance of the coating.
