Abstract: PURPOSE: An active control suspension device is provided to improve operation efficiency by efficiently transmitting driving force of an actuator by minimizing the influence of friction force in an operation unit generated when an assist link moves by the posture change of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An active control suspension device comprises an assist link, a housing unit, a guide unit, a driving unit, and a power transmission unit. The guide unit comprises a guide rail, a cam guider(27), and a cam bolt. The guide rail forms a guide hole of a predetermined trajectory on a cross section and is fixed to both side surfaces of the housing unit. The cam guider forms a bolt hole(31) on the center of the cross section and slides along each guide rail. The cam bolt is inserted through a bolt hole while two lever arms and a bush of an assist link are installed between cam guiders. The cam bolt assembles the cam guiders, the lever arm, and the bush with a cam nut.

Abstract: PURPOSE: An active roll control system is provided to actively improve the roll movement of a vehicle by changing the rigidity value of a stabilizer bar according to the drive condition of the vehicle. CONSTITUTION: An active roll control system comprises a stabilizer bar, a stabilizer link, a rail plate(7), a connector(9), a drive motor(11), and a cover(13). The stabilizer bar is installed in a sub frame in a vehicle body side through a mounting bush. The stabilizer link is connected to the front end of the stabilizer bar through a ball joint. The rail plate is installed in an internal space part through the opening of an upper arm(5). The connector is guided along the rail plate through a roller bearing(19) and is connected to one end of the stabilizer link. The drive motor is fastened to the inner side end(25) of the upper arm and meshes with a screw hole(SH) to linearly drive the connector along the rail plate. The cover is joined to the rail plate and is fastened to the opening of the upper arm.
