    Abstract: Procedimiento continuo para la obtención de una poliamida por reacción de al menos un aminonitrilo con agua, que comprende las siguientes etapas: (1) reacción de al menos un aminonitrilo con agua en presencia de un diluyente líquido orgánico a una temperatura desde 90 hasta 400ºC y a una presión de 0, 1 hasta 35 x 106 Pa en un tubo de corriente, que contiene un catalizador de ácido de Brönsted, escogido entre un catalizador de beta-zeolita, de filosilicato o de dióxido de titanio, formado por un 70 hasta un 100 % en peso de anatasa y de un 0 hasta un 30 % en peso de rutilo, en el cual hasta un 40 % del dióxido de titanio puede estar substituido por óxido de tungsteno, obteniéndose una mezcla de reacción, (2) reacción adicional de la mezcla de reacción a una temperatura desde 150 hasta 400ºC y a una presión, que es más baja, que la presión en la etapa 1, que puede llevarse a cabo en presencia de un catalizador de ácido de Brönsted, escogido entre un catalizador de beta-zeolita, de filosilicato o de dióxido de titanio, formado por un 70 hasta un 100 % en peso de anatasa y de un 0 hasta un 30 % en peso de rutilo, en el cual puede estar substituido hasta un 40 % en peso del dióxido de titanio por óxido de tungsteno, seleccionándose la temperatura y la presión de tal manera, que se obtienen una primera fase de gas y una primera fase líquida o una primera fase sólida o una mezcla, constituida por una primera fase sólida y una primera fase líquida, y se separa la primera fase gaseosa de la primera fase líquida o de la primera fase sólida o de la mezcla, constituida por la primera fase líquida y la primera fase sólida, y (3) reacción de la primera fase líquida o de la primera fase sólida o de la mezcla, constituida por la primera fase líquida y la primer fase sólida, con una fase gaseosa o líquida, que contiene agua, a una temperatura desde 150 hasta 370ºC y a una presión de 0, 1 hasta 30 x 106 Pa, obteniéndose una mezcla de productos.

    Abstract: Crude water-containing tetrahydrofuran is purified by passing the crude tetrahydrofuran through three distillation columns, withdrawing water from the bottom of the first column, recycling water-containing tetrahydrofuran from the top of the second column into the first column, passing a sidestream of the first column into the second column, recycling the bottom product of the third column into the first column, and withdrawing a distillate at the top of the first column. Additionally, a sidestream of the second column is passed into the third column and the purified tetrahydrofuran is recovered as the top product of the third column.

    Abstract: The continuous process for preparing a polyamide by reacting at least one aminonitrile with water comprises:(1) reacting at least one aminonitrile with water in the presence of an organic liquid diluent at from 90 to 400° C. and from 0.1 to 35x10 Pa in a flow tube containing a Brönsted acid catalyst selected from a beta-zeolite catalyst, a sheet-silicate catalyst or a titanium dioxide catalyst comprising from 70 to 100% by weight of anatase and from 0 to 30% by weight of rutile and in which up to 40% by weight of the titanium dioxide may be replaced by tungsten oxide, to obtain a reaction mixture,(2) further reacting the reaction mixture at from 150 to 400° C. and a pressure which is lower than the pressure in stage 1 in the presence of a Brönsted acid catalyst selected from a beta-zeolite catalyst, a sheet-silicate catalyst or a titanium dioxide catalyst comprising from 70 to 100% by weight of anatase and from 0 to 30% by weight of rutile and in which up to 40% by weight of the titanium dioxide may be replaced by tungsten oxide, the temperature and pressure being selected so as to obtain a first gas phase and a first liquid phase or a first solid phase or a mixture of first solid and first liquid phases and so that the first gas phase is separated from the first liquid phase or first solid phase or from the mixture of first liquid and first solid phases, and(3) admixing the first liquid or the first solid phase or the mixture of first liquid and first solid phases with a gaseous or liquid phase comprising water at from 150 to 370° C. and from 0.1 to 30x10 Pa, to obtain a product mixture.
