Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable valve lifting device is provided to control deviation adjustment between valves and to increase assembility using a connecting pin and a wall part of a cam carrier. CONSTITUTION: A variable valve lifting device comprises an input cam(110), a valve opening/closing part(200), an eccentric shaft(300) and a connection part(400). An input shaft(100) has the input cam. The eccentric shaft is equipped in the input shaft in parallel. The connection part opens and closes the valve opening/closing part after receiving rotation of the input cam. The rotation center of a connecting part can be changed with the eccentric shaft.

Abstract: A variable valve system is provided to open and close a valve with a low lift mode by rotating a low lift cam through the separation of an outer body and an inner body. Abstract: A variable valve operating system is provided to improve functions of a variable valve by constructing a valve device to have a mechanical structure instead of a hydraulic structure. A variable valve operating system comprises a cam follower(50) and a valve device. The cam follower includes an inner body(65) and an outer body. A locking member(60) is formed at one end of the inner body. The outer body surrounds a lateral portion of the inner body and is latched with the inner body by a latching device(70). Abstract: A manufacturing method of a valve spring retainer for automobile is provided to satisfy requirements of the retainer through a process of depositing a DLC(diamond-like carbon) onto the Cr layer to give more excellent surface characteristics after depositing a Cr layer with a predetermined thickness onto a surface of an aluminum alloy retainer to improve adhesion between different aluminum materials. A manufacturing method of a valve spring retainer for automobile includes the steps of: performing a blanking process to subject a valve spring retainer workpiece having an aluminum alloy(AL7075) composition to cold forging; performing a soft annealing process at a temperature of 410 to 450 deg.C for 2 to 4 hours to conduct a cold forging process of the blanked workpiece after performing the blanking process; cold forging the soft annealed workpiece using a press to obtain a workpiece having a desired shape, and subjecting the workpiece to a T6 heat treatment process to increase mechanical properties of the workpiece; and performing a process of depositing a DLC(diamond-like carbon) layer onto the Cr layer after manufacturing a retainer through the cold forging process and the T6 heat treatment process and depositing a Cr layer on a surface of the retainer to strengthen the surface of the retainer.
