A printed-circuit board includes an input side terminal electrode (12a) and an output side terminal electrode (13e) to be connected to the input terminal and output terminal of a SAW filter in a mounting (11) area where the SAW filter having a piezoelectric body made of langasite is mounted. Each of the terminal electrodes is connected to a micro-strip line (14) extending in parallel to but in the opposite direction to the frequency signal transmission direction (P) in the SAW filter at a position apart from the SAW filter mounting area by a predetermined distance (L). A slit (15) is provided in the SAW filter mounting area. The slit extends in the direction intersecting the frequency signal transmission direction in the SAW filter. The printed circuit board has a plurality of through holes (16) for electrical connection between its front surface and grounded back surface. Moreover, the printed circuit board has a conductive surface and a protection member in abutment with the surface of the filter. The aforementioned conductive surface of the protection member in abutment with the filter surface has a size set to be identical to or smaller than the size of filter surface.

A wiring board 1 includes a base 10 having extensibility and a wiring 40 formed on the base. The wiring includes a wiring portion 20 and a conductor portion 30. The wiring portion is formed on the base and extends in a first direction P crossing (for example, perpendicular to) a longitudinal direction X of the base. The conductor portion is formed on the wiring portion and extends in the first direction. Even when the wiring board is extended along a main extension axis S in parallel with the longitudinal direction of the base, change of the resistance of the wiring is prevented. Thus, the wiring board represents stable characteristics.

The present invention provides a device in which the noise flowing in power-supply terminals is prevented from leaking to a power supply. One end (r20) of a power-supply bus (2) is connected to a power supply (Vc) through a ferrite bead (3). The power-supply bus (2) is connected to power-supply terminals (P11, P21, P31, P41). The power-supply terminals (P11, P21, P31, P41) are connected at positions (r24, r23, r22, r21) in such a manner that a terminal with a higher intensity (a1 to a4) is connected closer to the other end (r201) of the power-supply bus (2). Ground terminals (P12, P22, P32, P42) are connected to ground. Capacitors (C1 to C4) are bypass capacitors or decoupling capacitors, for example, and connected between respective power-supply terminals (P11, P21, P31, P41) and ground.

A printed circuit board is disclosed on which a pattern can be formed by screen printing that is suitable for mounting a small part of the 1005 size or less. The printed circuit board includes a pair of soldering lands opposed to each other such that a mounted part having a pair of electrodes on the opposite ends thereof is soldered thereto. A wiring line is connected to each soldering land, and resist covers the wiring lines. The insulating element has openings formed so as to expose the soldering lands therethrough. Wiring line connection elements are formed so as to be connected to the pads only on the opposing side of the pads. Each opening has an edge positioned on the outer side of the corresponding pad and on the inner side of the corresponding wiring line connection element.

Ein Widerstand in SMD-Bauweise enthält als Widerstandsbahn (15) eine Folie aus einer Widerstandslegierung auf zwei elektrisch getrennten Trägerplattenelementen (10A,10B) aus Kupfer, die als auf die Anschlußleiter einer Leiterplatte auflötbare Kontaktelemente ausgebildet sind und dadurch für eine gute Wärmeableitung in die Leiterplatte sorgen. Zur Herstellung solcher Widerstände wird eine für eine Vielzahl einzelner Widerstände ausreichende Widerstandsfolie auf ein entsprechend großes Kupferblech geklebt, und das dadurch gebildete Laminat wird erst nach Erzeugung der einzelnen Widerstandsbahnen und deren elektrischer Verbindung mit dem Kupferblech und nach Erzeugung der Spalte (11) zwischen den Plattenelementen (10A, 10B) in die einzelnen Widerstände zerteilt.

A liquid crystal apparatus is constituted by a display device (101) for data display, a drive circuit unit (102) for driving the display device, a unit substrate (103) for supplying electric signals to the drive circuit unit, and a tape-form film carrier (105) comprising an insulating substrate and a conductor covered with the insulating substrate for connecting the display device, the drive circuit unit and the unit substrate. A part of the film carrier is provided with a blank portion (111) where the insulating substrate is locally removed to absorb a stress applied to the film carrier. A unit substrate (1202) constituting the drive circuit unit is screwed to a supporting member (1203) so as to allow a movement thereof relative to the supporting member by use of a space regulating means (1303a) surrounding the screw shank.
