Abstract: 본 발명은 5단 가변 밸브 리프트 시스템에 관한 것으로, 캠 샤프트에 고정되어 회전하는 저속용 캠, 고속용 캠 및 중속용 캠; 상기 저속용 캠, 고속용 캠 및 중속용 캠 각각의 캠 프로파일을 따라서 록커암 샤프트를 중심으로 회전하여 밸브를 리프트 운동시키는 저속용 록커암, 고속용 록커암 및 중속용 록커암; 상기 저속용 록커암 및 중속용 록커암 각각에 설치되어 저속용 캠 및 중속용 캠의 회전을 선택적으로 저속용 록커암 및 중속용 록커암 전달하거나 차단하는 저속용 전달수단 및 중속용 전달수단; 그리고 상기 저속용 록커암, 고속용 록커암 및 중속용 록커암을 선택적으로 분리시키거나 연결시키는 연결수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이러한 구성에 의해서 본 발명은 상기 저속용 전달수단 및 중속용 전달수단, 그리고 연결수단을 다양한 조합에 의해서 제어함으로써 가변밸브 리프트를 5단으로 변화시킬 수 있다.

An exhaust gas recycle system of the vehicles comprises a cylinder block(30) in which the exhaust gas recycle system of the vehicles water jacket(150) in which the cooling water flows are formed; an Intake manifold runners(20) and the cylinder head in which exhaust manifold runners(90) are formed; a first re-cycling gas passage(50) for being provided with the recirculated exhaust gas; a second re-cycling gas passage(60) in which one end is connected to the first re-cycling gas passage and which the other end is connected to the intake manifold runner; an EGR valve(70) controlling the supply of the recirculation exhaust gas during the intake manifold runner; and an engine control unit(170) controlling opening and shutting of the EGR valve.

Abstract: An exhaust gas recirculation device of an engine is provided to effectively cool EGR gas recycling from an air discharge machine to an air suction machine by using cold water of a water jacket. An EGR device includes a suction port(21), an EGR passage, an EGR valve(60), and a controller(50). The suction port is provided at a cylinder head(20) so that air is sucked into an air combustion chamber(30). The suction port is provided at one side thereof with an air introducing hole(24). The ERG passage includes a block EGR passage(71) for taking EGR gas discharged from an air discharge machine and a head EGR passage(72) to guide EGR gas into the air introducing hole of the suction port. The EGR valve is provided on the EGR passage to open/close the EGR passage. The controller operates the EGR value so that the EGR passage is open/closed based on a signal of a hydraulic air sensor. The block EGR passage passes through a water jacket of a cylinder block(10). The head EGR passage is formed in the water jacket of a cylinder head(20).

Abstract: A variable valve operating system is provided to improve functions of a variable valve by constructing a valve device to have a mechanical structure instead of a hydraulic structure. A variable valve operating system comprises a cam follower(50) and a valve device. The cam follower includes an inner body(65) and an outer body. A locking member(60) is formed at one end of the inner body. The outer body surrounds a lateral portion of the inner body and is latched with the inner body by a latching device(70). If the inner body is latched with the outer body by the latching device, the inner and outer bodies perform the see-saw movement about a driving cam, thereby lifting an intake/exhaust valve(95) connected to the driving cam by a lost motion pin(90).

Abstract: A continuously variable valve lift system in an engine is provided to reduce a volume of the engine by adjusting the entire height of a cylinder head at a lower level. A continuously variable valve lift system in an engine includes a cam shaft(12), a rotary adjustment mechanism(14), a bearing member(18), a resilient member(20), and a rocker arm(22). The cam shaft is installed at a cylinder head to be linked to a crankshaft, and has a plurality of cams for opening/closing suction/discharge valves. The rotary adjustment mechanism has a first contact part variably adjusted according to an operation state of the engine and having a predetermined radius of curvature. The bearing member is pressed by the cam and the first contact part of the rotary adjustment mechanism to vary a moving trajectory in a dependent manner. The resilient member resiliently adheres the bearing member, the cam, and the rotary adjustment mechanism to each other. The rocker arm is installed to press the suction/discharge valves.
