본 발명은 천일염을 가열하여 열처리된 천일염을 준비하는 1차 가열단계; 및 상기 열처리된 천일염을 적어도 하나의 관통공이 형성된 덮개를 포함하는 황토 세라믹 용기에 투입하고, 상기 천일염 상에 복수의 대나무칩을 배치하여 750 내지 850℃ 하에서 가열하는 2차 가열단계를 포함하는 죽염의 제조방법을 제공한다. 상기 방법에 의하면 다양한 제품 용도에 부합하도록 기능성 물질인 황화수소 생성물질의 죽염 내 함량을 용이하게 조절할 수 있다.

The present invention provides a manufacturing method of edible bay salt, which comprises a step of preparing brine containing 20-33% of salt by evaporating seawater in an evaporation pond at least twice with a time interval; and a step of crystallizing the brine in a crystallizing pond for 8-120 hours. Also, the present invention provides bay salt beneficial to human health by including an abundant yet appropriate amount of minerals.

PURPOSE: A composition for preventing or treating diabetes containing sun dried salt and Perilla frutescens is provided to suppress protein tyrosine phosphatase(PTP1B) and alpha-glucosidase and enhance insulin activation in a cell. CONSTITUTION: A composition for preventing or treating diabetes contains sun dried salt and Perilla frutescens extract as active ingredients. The Perilla frutescens extract is isolated using water, 50-100% of C1-C4 alcohol, ethylacetate, hexane, or dichloromethane. A food composition for preventing or relieving diabetes contains sun dried salt and Perilla frutescens extract as an active ingredient. A method for producing functional salt having effects of preventing and relieving diabetes comprises: a step of adding Perilla frutescens to water and heating at 80-100°C to extract Perilla frutescens; a step of adding salt to the extract; a step of stirring and heating; a step of concentrating; a step of collecting precipitate and drying.

The present invention relates to a composition for preventing diabetes, comprising a Suaeda japonica juice powder and having an effect of preventing pancreatic β-cell destruction, and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, when OLETF mice with obesity and diabetes naturally induced during growth due to a genetic defect of the CCK-1 receptor were fed a Suaeda japonica juice powder prepared by obtaining a juice from fresh Suaeda japonica then spraying and drying the juice, an effect of reducing pancreatic β-cell dysfunction and destruction resulting from insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia was confirmed. Therefore, the Suaeda japonica juice powder not only delays the progress of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes, but also has an excellent effect of preventing pancreatic β-cell destruction.

The present invention relates to a preparation of mineral-rich bamboo salt by treating sulfate such as magnesium sulfate or sodium sulfate. The method according to the present invention comprises: a step of obtaining baked salt by treating mineral-rich mud flat bay salt, which is put into a red clay container or a ceramic container, with heat at a temperature of 750-850°C for 20-40 minutes; and a step of completing mineral-rich bamboo salt by placing a separate red clay container or a ceramic container, filled with sulfate such as magnesium sulfate, around the red clay container or the ceramic container, filled with a mixture of 60-95 weight% of the obtained salt and 5-40 weight% of bamboo chips, and reheating at a temperature of 750-1200°C for 20-40 minutes. The high-functional mineral-rich bamboo salt prepared by the method has rich minerals and contains a large amount of hydrogen sulfide producing material as a functional material.
