PURPOSE: A propelling shaft for a vehicle, and an apparatus and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to remove the need for an adhesive injecting process since power is smoothly transferred without adhesive between the propelling shaft and a coupling member. CONSTITUTION: A propelling shaft for a vehicle comprises both ends(3). The inner part of each end has a regular polygon shape in a cross section. The regular polygons have different sizes. The propelling shaft(1) is formed from CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Plastic). For the propelling shaft, the inner diameter of one side is bigger than the mandrel outer-diameter of the other side.

PURPOSE: A carbon fiber composite is provided to improve the properties of a flexural performance, to reduce the weight thereof, and to provide excellent bending and surface properties. CONSTITUTION: A carbon fiber composite comprises 30-80 weight% of a carbon fiber-woven fabric with a carbon fiber tow size of 24-100 K; 0.1-20 weight% of a carbon unwoven fabric; and a polymer resin of 10-70 weight%. The weight per unit area of the carbon nonwoven fabric is 10-500 g/m^2. The viscosity of the polymer resin at injection is 0.01-10 Pa·s. The crystal size of the carbon fiber measured by an X-ray diffraction is 1-6 nm, and the average diameter of a single fiber is 1-20 micron. 본 발명은 고분자-전도성 필러 복합체와 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 고분자에 니켈 코팅-탄소 섬유, 탄소나노튜브, 니켈코팅-그라파이트, 카본블랙 및 이산화티타늄 등을 첨가하여 두 종류 이상의 전도성 필러의 첨가에 의한 시너지 효과를 통하여 우수한 전자파 차폐 효율을 갖는 고분자-전도성 필러 복합체와 이를 제조하는 방법에 관한 것이다.

PURPOSE: A propeller shaft for vehicle is provided to minimize the length of a press part of a yoke by securing enough welding space to weld a correction weigh. CONSTITUTION: A propeller shaft for vehicle comprises a tube(11) and a press part(13). The tube is carbon fiber strengthening composite. The press part is formed on a yoke(12) to surround the outer circumference of end part of the tube and weld the yoke and the tube. A serration is formed in inner circumference of the press part. A correction weight is welded on the outer circumference of the press part for weight balancing.

An apparatus for assembling a plastic trunk lid and a method thereof are provided to improve productivity of the plastic trunk lid by reducing the manufacturing time thereof. An apparatus for assembling a plastic trunk lid comprises a lower block(160) rested on an outer panel, an upper block(100) fixed to an inner panel(120) making contact with the outer panel(170), a press to couple the upper block with the lower block, a heat radiating path formed in the lower block, a plurality of channels formed in the upper block to attach the inner panel to the upper block, and a vacuum pump connected to the channels to control a vacuum status. The heat radiating path serves to promote the hardening of adhesives, which is coated on the outer panel or the inner panel.
