Abstract: PURPOSE: A model based sensor-less vector control method of PMSM using an adaptive observer is provided to accurately estimate the position of a magnetic pole of a permanent in emergency case without a sensor. CONSTITUTION: A coordinate current differential equation model based on the position of a magnetic pole which is estimated based on a mathematical model of a permanent magnetic model is designed. An adaptation observation apparatus is configured in consideration of a position error and a speed error based on a current and voltage supplied to the motor. The position error of a magnetic pole is obtained by using the adaptive law of the adaptation observation apparatus. The position of the magnetic pole of a synchronous motor is estimated by using PLL(Phase Lock Loop).

Abstract: An apparatus for cutting off resurrection current is provided to prevent high voltage component due to the regenerative current prevents damage by stopping signal transmission to an inverter and triode when the motor controller has a trouble. An apparatus for cutting off resurrection current includes more than two triode AC switches(152,154) and a motor controller(140). The triode is connected to the cable between the inverter(142) and the motor(160). A motor controller performs drive and regenerative braking of the motor, it controls the on/OFF of the triode. The motor controller supplies a successive pulse voltage to the triode AC switches in the normal control state, and it turns the triode AC switches on and turns the triode AC switches off in abnormal state.
