PURPOSE: A process for manufacturing a negative electrode material for a lithium secondary battery is provided to manufacture various phosphate-based negative electrode materials without thermal process of high temperature and to reduce the time required for whole process. CONSTITUTION: A process for manufacturing a negative electrode material for a lithium secondary battery includes the steps of: mixing transition metal compounds dissolved in distilled water with poly acid phosphate-based compounds to prepare a mixed solution; stirring the mixed solution to prepare a precipitate by a co-precipitation method; drying the precipitate to a temperature of 50-80 °C; and heat-treating the dried material at a temperature of 300-500 °C.

PURPOSE: A cathode material for a secondary battery is provided to obtain a positive electrode material which can conduct insertion/separation of lithium/sodium by conducting a blending treatment by only one synthetic process without complex process. PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a spherical positive active material is provided to solve environmental contamination according to the use of an organic solvent for a mechanical pulverizing method and a sol-gel method and to manufacturing the positive active material having excellent conductivity by adding carbon particles. CONSTITUTION: A method for a spherical positive active material for a secondary lithium battery comprises the following steps: manufacturing a mixed material including a lithium-based compound, transition metal, phosphate-based compound, and carbon source; making a mixed solution by uniformly dissolving the mixed material in ultrapure water; rapidly freezing the mixed solution; manufacturing a spherical precursor of high density by sublimating the frozen mixed solution; and heat-treating the spherical precursor of high density.
Abstract:
본 발명은 이차전지용 양극재료 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 리튬망간인산화물 LiMnPO 4 와 나트륨망간불화인산화물 Na 2 MnPO 4 F의 복합체를 리튬이차전용 양극소재로 사용할 수 있도록 한 이차전지용 양극재료 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 즉, 본 발명은 폴리어니언계 양극소재중 서로 다른 결정구조를 가지는 LiMnPO 4 와 Na 2 MnPO 4 F의 복합체를 단순합성후 혼합하여 제공하지 않고, 수열합성법으로 원스텝으로 제공할 수 있는 점. 그리고 카본코팅을 통한 전기전도도 향상으로 전기화학적 활성을 가지는 리튬이차전지의 양극재료를 제공할 수 있는 점 등을 달성하기 위한 이차전지용 양극재료 및 이의 제조방법을 제공하고자 한 것이다.
