Abstract: PURPOSE: A virus vector for expressing three different siRNAs and a vaccine containing the same for foot and mouth disease are provided to induce silencing of three site of the virus. CONSTITUTION: A virus vector for preventing foot and mouth disease contains siRNA of sequence numbers 1 to 3. The virus vector contains three promoters, shRNA coding region, and transcription termination factor. The promoter is U6 promoter of sequence number 12 and CMV promoter of sequence number 13. The shRNA coding region contains one or more pair of shRNA coding regions of each sequence number 4-11. The transcription termination factor is pol III or pol II gene. The virus vector is retrovirus, adenovirus or adeno-associated virus.
