PURPOSE: A virus vector for expressing three different siRNAs and a vaccine containing the same for foot and mouth disease are provided to induce silencing of three site of the virus. CONSTITUTION: A virus vector for preventing foot and mouth disease contains siRNA of sequence numbers 1 to 3. The virus vector contains three promoters, shRNA coding region, and transcription termination factor. The promoter is U6 promoter of sequence number 12 and CMV promoter of sequence number 13. The shRNA coding region contains one or more pair of shRNA coding regions of each sequence number 4-11. The transcription termination factor is pol III or pol II gene. The virus vector is retrovirus, adenovirus or adeno-associated virus.

PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for processing dead livestock is provided that the dead livestock is piled-up in the inner structure of housing. It is processed with the natural fermentation. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus(100) for processing dead livestock comprises a housing(110), a ceiling unit(120), a gas discharge unit, a heating unit, and a leachate discharging unit. The housing has the floor side and wall. The dead livestock is accepted. It is combined in the ceiling unit the housing to be attachable. The ceiling unit silver one or a gas discharge hole(121) described in the above is had. The gas discharge unit discharges the gas created in the dead livestock through the gas discharge hole. The heating unit heats the inside of the housing. The leachate discharging unit discharges the leachate created in the housing.

CONSTITUTION: A forward primer for PCR for amplifying CO I(cytochrome oxidase subunit I) DNA barcoding region of scale insects has a sequence of sequence number 1, 2, or 3. A reverse primer for amplifying CO I DNA barcoding region has a sequence of sequence number 4 or 5. A kit for amplifying CO I DNA barcoding region of scale insects contains the forward primer or primer set.

본 발명은 한국산 배에서 발견되는 가루깍지벌레(Mealybug)를 분자생물학적으로 동정하기 위한 중합효소연쇄반응(polymerase chain reaction, PCR)용 프라이머 세트, 상기 프라이머 세트를 이용한 가루깍지벌레의 동정 방법 및 상기 프라이머 세트를 포함하는 키트에 관한 것이다. 보다 상세하게는 가루깍지벌레의 핵내 리보좀 유전자(ribosomal gene)의 ITS (internal transcribed spacer)의 종 특이적 서열 부위에 결합하여 증폭된 뉴클레오타이드 서열 산물의 분석에 의해 가루깍지벌레의 종을 동정할 수 있는 중합효소연쇄반응용 프라이머 세트, 이를 이용한 가루깍지벌레의 동정방법 및 상기 프라이머 세트를 포함하는 가루깍지벌레 동정용 키트에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 방법에 의하면 가루깍지벌레의 종(species)을 발달단계에 의해 제한받지 않고 정확하고 신속하게 동정할 수 있다.

CONSTITUTION: An inactivated vaccine for preventing swine influenza contains swine influenza virus-isolated strain of A/Sw/Kor/CAN1/04(H1N1)(KCTC 11165BP), A/Sw/Kor/05K1/2005(H1N2)(KCTC 18132P), or A/Sw/Kor/CA04/05(H3N2)(KCTC 11167BP) which is prepared by sub-culture in a swine influenza virus-sensitive cell line and inactivation through formalin treatment. The swine influenza virus-sensitive cell line is MDCK(Madin-Darby canine kidney) cell line.

CONSTITUTION: An intradermal diagnostic composition for testing cattle tuberculosis contains recombinant proteins of Esat6, HspX, PhoS, MPB70, MPB64, MPB83, Ag85, and SahH. A method for diagnosing tuberculosis of mammal except for human is performed using the intradermal diagnostic composition containing the recombinant proteins. The recombinant protein is prepared by isolating from Mycobacterium bovis and performing PCR.
