Abstract: A method for predicting the side effect of candidate drug on a cardiac myocyte is provided to develop a drug without side effect by easily verifying side effect of candidate drug. A method for predicting side effect of candidate drug on a heart comprises: a step of preparing an experimental group in which the candidate drug is treated to a cardiac myocyte and control group in which nothing is treated; a step of measuring expression of Gadd45beta gene in cardiac myocyte in experimental and control group; and a step of determining the possibility of damage.

Abstract: A phantom for evaluating performance of magnet resonance imager capable of steadily maintaining image of high quality is provided to improve a use within MRI(Magnet Resonance Imager) without a cradle of a complex structure by including a supporting device for phantom own. A phantom(10) for evaluating the performance of a magnet resonance imager capable of steadily maintaining image of high quality comprises a casing, a supporting device(34), a disc(40), a plurality of films(52), a localizer, a porous plate(46), and a wedge member. The casing has an airtight space accommodating water with a form of cylinder. The supporting device fixes the casing inside a coil of a MRI, and fixes a central axis of the cylindrical casing horizontally. The disc is included inside the casing. The film is parallel installed with the disc in a side of the disc. The localizer provides a standard capable of knowing a location of an image. The porous plate is parallel supported in the disc, and has holes(46B) less than a fixation diameter. The wedge member confirms a dislocation internal through an axial direction tomographical image including an incline surface.

Abstract: SNP(single nucleotide polymorphism) markers are provided to discriminate Hanwoo(Korean cattle) from importing cattle accurately, improve the mixed circulation structure of Hanwoo, milk cow, domestic cattle and importing cattle, and maintain and promote production foundation of Hanwoo by protecting gene sources of Hanwoo and identifying classes of Hanwoo. An SNP marker for discriminating Hanwoo from importing cattle is selected from the nucleotide sequences of SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:70. A method for discriminating Hanwoo from importing cattle comprises the steps of: (i) extracting DNA from a cattle to be examined; (ii) amplifying the DNA containing any one base mutation site of SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:70 or a complementary sequence therewith; (iii) synthesizing a primer complementary with the nucleotide sequence of any one base mutation site of SEQ ID NO:1 to SEQ ID NO:70 or with the complementary sequence therewith containing one base site adjacent thereto; (iv) determining the base kind used in the reaction of step (iii) by using a sequencer; and (v) comparing the base kind determined in step (iv) with a control.

본 발명에 의한 형질전환 치매 마우스는 PS2 유전자의 발현조절이 가능하며, 인간 치매환자의 치매 증상과 유사한 행동학적 이상과 아밀로이드 β-42 축적 및 Tau 단백질의 활성화, 카테닌의 활성화 등의 특성을 나타내는 것으로, 치매 질환의 치료제 또는 치매 질환의 조기 진단법 개발에 매우 유용하게 이용될 수 있다.
