Abstract: PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring a voltage for detecting a disconnection of a battery voltage measuring line is provided to simply detect a line disconnection without a control logic or an additional circuit by adding a bus bar and a bus bar voltage measuring circuit. CONSTITUTION: A bus bar(140) for connecting a module connects cell modules. A voltage measuring circuit(120a,120b) measures a cell voltage about a plurality of unit cells. The voltage measuring circuit measures a voltage about the bus bar for connecting the module.
