    Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable oil pump is provided to prevent overloads on an engine by decreasing oil pressure, and expanding an oil discharge space into the space of first and second pressure chamber. CONSTITUTION: A variable oil pump comprises a housing(5), a pressure chamber(20), and a variable spring(10). The pressure chamber discharges oil flowing into an outer ring, which encloses a rotary vane(3) with a rotary shaft. The pressure chamber comprises a first chamber(21), a second chamber(22), and a pressure interlock body(30). The first chamber is formed in between the outer ring. The second chamber is formed near a connection rigng, and connected to an oil supply path(23), which is formed along the housing. The pressure interlock body connects or secludes the oil supply path according to the location of the connection ring. The variable spring is extended toward the connection ring according to engine RPM.

    Abstract: An oil pump with a balance weight is provided to decrease the volume of weight of the balance weight module and engine since the balance weight is equipped inside the pump. An oil pump with a balance weight comprises a balance shaft which rotates with a crank shaft; and an oil pump which is mounted in the balance shaft. The oil pump includes an outer rotor(330) which rotates with the balance shaft, and a balance weight(355) which is mounted on one side of the outer rotor. Vibration is absorbed while the balance weight rotates. The outer rotor has an inner circumference surface corresponding to the outer circumference surface of the balance shaft and the inner circumference surface is distanced from the outer circumference.
