CONSTITUTION: A power divergence type hybrid transmission comprises a first planet gear device(PG1), a second planet gear device(PG2), a first motor generator(MG1), a first motor generator(MG2), and a dry dual clutch(CL). The dry dual clutch comprises a first friction element(CL1) and a second friction element(CL2). The first friction element controls an interval between a rotation element, which is connected to an engine, of the first planet gear device and the rotation element of the second planet gear device. The second friction element controls rotation of the rotation element of the second planet gear device and the first friction element.
