Abstract: A balance shaft module of automotive engine is provided that the degree of freedom is increased and the functioning noise is reduced by making the variable oil pump independent. A balance shaft module(100) of automotive engine comprises a shaft(110) for driving of oil pump, a second shaft(120) in which the foot lancer is installed, and a third shaft(130) in which a balancer is installed. Each shaft is connected to the crank shaft through one chain. Shaft chain sprockets(113,123,133) are installed at the leading end of the shafts. The balancer of the unbalanced mass is installed at the rear end of the second shaft and the third shaft.

Abstract: A balance shaft module of an engine is provided to implement power transmission structure without gear, improve the fuel efficiency by minimizing the power consumption of the engine, and ensure quiet operation. A balance shaft module of an engine comprises a balance frame consisting of an upper frame(1) and a lower frame(3) successively mounted on the bottom side of a cylinder block, two balance shafts(7) arranged in parallel between the upper and lower frames, an oil pump(9) mounted on one side of the balance frame, and a sprocket(13) equipped on a driving shaft of the oil pump and the two balance shafts and connected a crank shaft of the engine via a single chain.
