Abstract: Provided is 2,4,5-trisubstituted-1,3-thiazole derivatives having excellent inhibiting activity about SPC(sphingosylphosphorylcholine) receptor to treat inflammatory diseases caused by activity of the SPC acceptor. A therapeutic agent for treating inflammatory diseases caused by activity of SPC acceptor comprises a 2,4,5-trisubstituted-1,3-thiazole derivative represented by the formula 1 and pharmaceutically allowable salts thereof. A method for preparing the 2,4,5-trisubstituted-1,3-thiazole derivative consists of the following steps of: reacting methyl cyanocarbonimidodithionate represented by the formula 2 to 2-haloacetophenone in order to synthesize 4-amino-1,3-thiazol represented by the formula 3; and polymerizing chloridation carboxylic acid to 4-amino group of the 4-amino-1,3-thiazol to synthesize 4-N-acyl-1,3-thiazole represented by the formula 4.

Abstract: Quinolinone derivatives substituted with an imidazole group are provided to inhibit tyrosine kinase activity, so that they are useful for treatment of diseases caused by abnormal tyrosine kinase activity including tumor, psoriasis, rheumatism and diabetic retinopathy. The quinolinone derivatives substituted with the imidazole group and represented by the formula(1) and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof are provided, wherein R^1 is hydrogen atom, halogen atom or C1-6 alkoxy group; R^2 and R^3 are each independently hydrogen atom, C1-6 alkyl group, amide group, pyridine group, phenyl group or phenyl group substituted by halogen atom, nitro group, -C(=O)-NR4R5, or -NR4R5; R^4 and R^5 are the same or different, and each independently hydrogen atom, C1-6 alkyl group or -C(=O)R6, or form a 5- or 6-membered ring together with a hetero atom selected from O and NR7; R6 is C1-6 alkyl group, amine group or aniline group; and R7 is hydrogen atom or C1-6 alkyl group.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Phenylamidine derivatives having anti-oxidant activity and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same are provided. The compounds have improved anti-oxidant activity and lower toxicity. The pharmaceutical composition for prevention of aging and treatment of cancer, diabetes, epilepsy, apoplexy, Parkinson's disease, Huntington's disease and dementia contains the phenylamidine derivatives of the formula 1 and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof.
