The present invention provides a bacterial wilt preventing composition which contains extracts or essential oil of silvervine fruit, nutgall, and kalopanax as active ingredients. The extracts are obtained by mixing 40-60 wt% of silvervine fruit, 10-30 wt% of nutgall, and 10-30 wt% of kalopanax, and extracting the mixture with hot water. The essential oil is produced by extracting the hot water extract obtained by mixing 40-60 wt% of silvervine fruit, 10-30 wt% of nutgall, and 10-30 wt% of kalopanax, using spirit.

The present invention relates to a method of preparing rice puffed snack using potato chips or vegetable chips. In the method of the present invention, kimchi or vegetable is added in order to solve problems such as nutritional unbalance or low preference of conventional rice puffed snack. Specifically, the method of the present invention solves problems of a conventional method of preparing rice puffed snack by adding kimchi powder or vegetable powder, that is, solves poor texture and low productivity due to puffing defects caused by addition of kimchi powder or vegetable powder. Specifically, the problem of nutritional unbalance is solved by adding, into rice puffed snack, kimchi or vegetables containing a great quantity of nutrients and physiologically active ingredients. Furthermore, it is possible to prepare rice puffed snack with high preference by virtue of good texture by controlling buffing defects along with improvement of preference for favor, odor and color.

The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of half dried salmon half dried with 45 to 60% w/w of moisture content and a dried yellow corvina form of salmon and half dried salmon or dried yellow corvina form of salmon produced therefrom. The half dried salmon or the dried yellow corvina form of salmon are not processed by using additional additives but still have excellent color, taste, flavor, etc., and have less moisture thereby delaying acidification of unsaturated fatty acids, therefore the salmon have excellent storage stability and can be easily distributed. Also, the salmon are provided as a half-dried form or a dried yellow corvine form of processed fish allowing people who are familiar with the western-type of smoked salmon products and who are familiar with the traditional cooking method to easily use the salmon, thereby increasing the usability of salmon compared to the existing salmon. The present invention is to combine a water quality improvement method capable of purifying breeding water containing organic materials generated in fish farming with a land water tank method by filtering in a nature friendly method, and production of environment friendly seaweed and lives living in a mud flat in the process of purification. The present invention provides a multi-stage complex water tank for aquaculture, which realizes an artificial environment where different lives co-exist in a complex way by separately composing different life environments using organic and inorganic materials existing in the breeding water generated in fish farming as contaminants, and connecting multi-stage water tank layers as one ecosystem. Establishment of seafood production and a supply system stable throughout the year is possible without restriction due to a natural environment and a geographical locational condition by providing a sustainable eco-friendly farming technology without discharging farming breeding water. The multi-stage complex water tank for aquaculture is able to maximize the production efficiency by reducing production costs or retail costs of seafood by the complex farming system, and to grow as a green growth engine industry capable of contributing to improvement of the national competitiveness as a high value added industry, and has an expected effect of raising a novel high-income strategic industry by stereoscopic production of resources in land as well as in fishery in the sea.

Conventional spore collecting fibers are twisted polymer fibers in a rope shape wound around a spore collecting frame and vertically inputted in a culture tub, which has difficulties in collecting light necessary to grow seaweeds, and has problems where the attachment state is unstable although the seedling is cultured in a water tub; and the farming yield is low as leaves are easily separated by ocean currents and tides when the seedling is transplanted in the sea. In order to solve the problems, the present invention provides a horizontal flow track type tank for seaweed seedling production and a seaweed seedling production method using the same, in which a seaweed spore frame is horizontally held along the water flow direction on a guide formed on the external wall in the depth direction of a seawater path track in a curve shape, which is installed within a rectangular water tub frame having a certain area and depth for a predetermined period until the collected seaweed seedlings on the spore collecting fibers wound on the spore collecting frame exchanges seawater in a water flow method to intermediately grow the seaweed seedling attached to a seedling substrate, and to sufficiently grow the leaves in a water tub environment.
