Abstract: PURPOSE: A motor control method is provided to be capable of minimizing a drop of a motor performance due to a drop of a battery output voltage by controlling motor torque and output according to a battery voltage variation. CONSTITUTION: An output voltage of a fuel cell and a motor velocity are detected at running or when the running starts. An established period for current control is judged by parsing the detected output voltage and motor velocity. A field current instruction value and a torque portion current limit value are extracted according to the judged period. A phase current of a motor is controlled by converting the extracted field current instruction value and torque portion current limit value into a coordinate value.

Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for performing emergency driving of a high-voltage part in a hybrid vehicle, which are made to enable driving of a high-voltage part even in the event of a failure of a high-voltage main relay in order to solve the problem that the vehicle cannot be driven due to no operation of a high-voltage part such as an electric oil pump when the high-voltage main relay fails. To this end, the present invention provides a method for performing emergency driving of a high-voltage part in a hybrid vehicle. The method comprises the steps of: determining whether a high-voltage main relay is turned off, and charging the voltage of a DC link end through counter electromotive force generated from motor generators which are connected to an engine to be linked with the rotation thereof when the high-voltage main relay is turned off; and controlling the voltage to constantly maintain the voltage of the DC link end using inverters for the motor generators.

CONSTITUTION: In an emergency operation apparatus and a method against fail of a DC/DC converter, a bypass circuit connects a battery(10) and inverters(31,32). A switching element(23) is installed on the bypass circuit and selectively opens and closes the bypass circuit. A converter trouble detector detects the malfunction of the DC/DC converter(20) which is installed between the battery and the inverter. A controller turns on the switching element to electrically connect the battery and the inverter through the bypass circuit if the DC/DC converter has a trouble.

Abstract: A driving circuit for an inverter fan of HEVs and a method for controlling the inverter fan using the same are provided to decrease noise due to driving of a fan in low temperature/light-load by controlling driving of the inverter fan efficiently according to temperature. Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for controlling power of a generator in a serial type hybrid electric vehicle is provided to maximize generation efficiency by minimizing a fuel consumption rate and exhaust fumes and maintaining driving force of an engine and a motor. CONSTITUTION: A power value of a generator is inputted into an HSFC(Hybrid Specific Fuel Consumption) table according to a driving condition. An optimum engine torque value and an optimum angular velocity value of the generator corresponding to the power of the generator are determined from the HSFC table. The optimum engine torque value and the optimum angular velocity value are converted to indicative signals. The indicative signals are branched from the HSFC table and the branched signals are transmitted to an engine control portion and an angular velocity control portion of the first control portion. An engine and a generator of an operating part are operated according the indicative signals of the engine control portion and the angular velocity control portion. An output conversion portion of the engine converts an output by multiplying the torque value of the engine by the angular velocity value of the second control portion. An output conversion portion of the generator converts an output by multiplying the torque value of the generator by the angular velocity value of the second control portion. The sum of the torque values of the engine and the generator is inputted into the second control portion. The second control portion feeds back the angular velocity as a signal to a front terminal of the first control portion.
