Abstract:
The present invention relates to a method for preparing soy sauce including a step of adding, into a soy sauce, Gastrodia elata Blume, Lentinula edodes, or a combination thereof, and fermenting the resultant soy sauce for 1 to 1,000 days at a temperature of 10-40°C. The soy sauce prepared by the method of the present invention has very good antioxidant activity to alleviate diabetes and hypertension and also has good sensory attributes.

PURPOSE: A method for processing Astragali radix using Jubak(alcohol filter cake), processed Astragali radix, and an extract thereof are provided to enhance antioxidation, to suppress nitrogen oxide generation, and to enhance flavor. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing Astragali radix using Jubak comprises: a step of mixing Astragali radix, Jubak, and honey in a ratio of 1:1:0.2 and forming a mixture; a step of maturing and steaming the mixture; and a step of cooling and drying the mixture. The processed Astragali radix has high polyphenol content and excellent anti-oxidation activity. PURPOSE: An anti-stress composition is provided to ensure high immunity and antioxidation and to relieve psychological anxiety. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing an anti-stress composition comprises: a step of mixing 30-50 weight parts of foxglove extract, 30-50 weight part of Angelica gigas Nakai, and 10-30 weight parts of Curcuma longa extract; a step of adding extraction solvent and extracting at room temperature; and a step of decompressing at 35-45°C. The Zizyphi spinosi Semen extract is prepared by mixing at 95~100°C for 20~40 minutes. The extraction solvent is purified water or ethanol.

Provided is an immunity improver using acer tegmentosum maximowocz extract which improves a function of a nonspecific defense against pathogen and increases activity of animal immunocytes such as neutrophil and macrophages. An immunity improver using acer tegmentosum maximowocz extract comprises acer tegmentosum maximowocz extract as an active ingredient. A method for preparing the acer tegmentosum maximowocz extract includes a step of extracting the extract from the dried acer tegmentosum maximowocz at a temperature of 90~100°C by hot distilled-water.
