CONSTITUTION: A transmission control method of a hybrid vehicle comprises the following steps: changing the control mode of a motor into a motor speed control mode; controlling the speed of the motor during the driving status of the vehicle(S20); and changing the control mode of the motor into a motor torque control mode(S30). The speed controlling steps is performed by calculating a motor target rate by a gear ratio of a gear step and a transmission output shaft speed of the vehicle.
