Abstract:
PURPOSE: Provided is a novel photochromic diarylethene substituted with isoxazol group. Therefore, the photochromic diarylethene is excellent in dispersion with fluoro diacrylate monomer capable of being photopolymerized and a thin film manufactured therefrom has excellent photochromic property when irradiating UV and mechanical strength. CONSTITUTION: The novel photochromic diarylethene substituted with isoxazol group is represented by the formula(1) and manufactured by the steps of: formylating diarylethene compound of the formula(2); adding NH2OH·HCl and basic solution sequentially then adding N-chlorosuccin imide(NSC); and adding R2 substituted acetylene compound and basic catalyst.

PURPOSE: Provided is 5-benzyloxymethyl-1,2-isoxazoline derivative which has an excellent herbicidal activity. Also, provided are its manufacturing method and herbicides containing the derivative as an active ingredient. CONSTITUTION: 5-benzyloxymethyl-1,2-isoxazoline derivative is represented by the formula(I), wherein X1, X2 and X3 individually represent hydrogen, methyl group, ethyl group, halogen group, methoxy group or nitro group (provided that it is an exception that X1, X2 and X3 are decimals all together); Y1, Y2 and Y3 are individually hydrogen or fluorine.

The present invention relates to an antimony precursor denoted by chemical formula 1. The antimony precursor is a precursor which includes sulfur and does not require the addition of separate sulfur for the production of a thin film, and enables users to produce a high quality antimony thin film by having improved thermal stability and volatility. In chemical formula 1: R1 and R2 are independently a C1-C10 linear or branched alkyl group; R3 and R4 are independently a C1-C10 linear or branched alkyl or fluoroalkyl group; and n is a number selected from 1-3.
