Abstract: A transmission for a hybrid vehicle is disclosed. Abstract: PURPOSE: A variable velocity motor and an actuator using the same are provided to effectively and precisely control the variable amount of length of a lead screw connected to a rotary shaft of a motor. CONSTITUTION: A variable velocity motor includes a lead screw and a decelerator(200). The lead screw longitudinally converts a rotational force from a stator(120) and a rotor(130) into linear motion. The decelerator between a rotary shaft(134) and the lead screw(134) reduces the rotational force of the rotary shaft. The decelerator includes a sun gear(210), multiple planetary gears(220), and a ring gear(230). The sun gear is coupled to the rotary shaft, and receives the rotational force of the rotary shaft. The planetary gears transmit the rotational force of the sun gear to the ring gear.
