Braking torque is automatically applied based on requested deceleration and requested distance from a driving assistance device. Standard deceleration decreases in an “upwardly curved” form and then decreases in a “downwardly curved” form over time in a standard deceleration profile, and a standard speed profile corresponds to the standard deceleration profile. In the present calculation period, target deceleration and target speed profiles are set by adjusting the standard deceleration/standard speed profiles to satisfy the relationship between deceleration and vehicle body speed. The estimated distance from the reference speed to the vehicle stop is calculated based on the target speed profile. In a condition that the estimated distance is equal to/less than the requested distance is denied, braking torque is adjusted based on requested deceleration. A wireless device receives power control parameters of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) of a bandwidth part of a cell. The power control parameters indicate first power values and second power values, and each power value of the first power values and the second power values is associated with a respective index. A downlink control information (DCI) indicating a transmission via the PUSCH is received. Based on the DCI, one of the first power values and the second power values is determined as determined power values for transmission of a transport block. The transport block is transmitted, via the PUSCH, with a transmission power based on a power value with a lowest index among indexes associated with the determined power values.

Techniques disclosed herein efficiently address prioritization by a UE regarding its reception behavior with respect to a configured downlink transmission that is overlapped by a dynamic assignment and/or the dynamic downlink transmission scheduled via the dynamic assignment. A radio terminal can perform carrier aggregation using a first cell of a first radio station and a second cell of a second radio station. The first radio station performs, with the radio terminal, radio resource control for the first cell and the second cell in order to perform the carrier aggregation. Further, the first radio station transmits, to the second radio station, update information regarding an update to a configuration related to the radio resource control for the second cell. It is thus, for example, possible to prevent or reduce data transmission/reception failures which would otherwise occur while a configuration of radio parameters or the like is being changed by a radio terminal in carrier aggregation of a plurality of cells served by different radio stations.

When the backoff counter reaches a threshold value, which may be set at 0, the resource for transmission may be randomly selected. The WTRU may then transmit data to another WTRU on the randomly selected resource.

Methods and apparatus for providing quasi-licensed intra-cell spectrum reassignment. In one embodiment, the quasi-licensed spectrum utilizes 3.5 GHz CBRS (Citizens Broadband Radio Service) spectrum, and a “seamless” reassignment of wireless spectrum without disruption or loss of continuity to existing data sessions of the CBSD is provided via a pool of temporary RF carriers which act as substitutes for the currently allocated (granted) carriers. The served user devices (e.g., UEs) are instructed by the CBSD to migrate to a new “final” carrier via the substitutes, either directly or via one or more intermediary hops. In one variant, existing 3GPP signaling mechanisms between the UE and CBSD/eNodeB obviates any changes to extant UEs. Communications between the CBSD and its cognizant SAS/DP include new information objects which direct the CBSD to implement the handover functionality. In a further variant, inter-CBSD sector and frequency handovers are provided for using CBRS-plane and 3GPP signaling.
