The acquired echo signals are processed with respect to an inversion of each matrix in a plurality of matrices, wherein each matrix in the plurality of matrices accounts for motion of the NMR tool at a respective rate of penetration (ROP) of the NMR tool in the borehole, to produce respective spectrum coefficients for each ROP. Each spectrum is processed with respect to the respective matrices in the plurality of matrices to produce a test echo signal for each ROP. The acquired echo signals and the test echo signal for each ROP are processed to produce an error for each ROP. The ROP for the minimum of the errors is identified as the ROP of the NMR tool.

For each of the LIDAR images, a perception method is utilized to determine a location of an obstacle captured in the LIDAR image in a local coordinate system. The LIDAR image is transformed using a coordinate converter (e.g., a LIDAR to GPS coordinate conversion logic or function) from the local coordinate system to a global coordinate system. The coordinate converter is optimized based on the transformed LIDAR images by adjusting one or more parameters of the coordinate converter and the above operations are iteratively performed to obtain a set of optimal parameters. The optimized coordinate converter can then be utilized to process subsequent LIDAR images during autonomous driving at real-time.

The MEMS micromirror can change a direction of the emergent light beam to implement two-dimensional scanning, change a direction of an echo light beam, and emit this beam onto the reflector. The reflector can perform optical path reflecting on the echo light beam and emit this beam onto the N laser ranging components. The N laser ranging components can receive the echo light beam and perform ranging based on a time difference between the emergent light beam and the echo light beam.

An illumination source directs light towards the substrate, causing the particles to scatter light, which the sensor can detect and derive information or imaging therefrom, which can also be used for further particle or pollution analyses. The substrate can be replenished using electrostatic techniques such as reverse electrostatic force, or mechanical means such as cleaning using a brush or replacing a tape substrate. While an insert can be used to form passages for cooling air to flow along the inner surfaces of the vane walls, design constraints prevent the insert from extending beyond a certain point into the trailing edge of the vane. Accordingly, a fin is disclosed for insertion downstream of the insert. By eliminating sudden expansion beyond the downstream end of the insert and maintaining the speed of the cooling air across the trailing-edge area of the suction-side wall, the fin improves the cooling coefficient for the trailing-edge area, so as to prevent or reduce excessive temperatures in the trailing-edge area.

The exhaust tank enables the gas in the coolant to be separated before entering the heat exchanger, and the thermal stress impact to the heat exchanger is reduced.

If the predicted stress exceeds the threshold, the inlet valve adjusts to a warming position. When steam in the discharge passage reaches a target pressure, the exhaust valve partially closes while maintaining the warming position of the inlet valve. If a safety parameter of the turbine component violates a boundary, the exhaust valve partially opens while maintaining the warming position of the inlet valve. When the predicted stress does not exceed the threshold, the inlet valve opens to at least the minimum load position.

The vanes are aerodynamically shaped to redirect wind-blown rain and snow away from the vent and are configured to block the migration of rain and snow through the vent. A pair of spongy conformable filler strips is attached beneath the edge portions of the vent. The filler strips conform to the shapes of underlying shingles when the vent is installed to fill any gaps that otherwise might be formed between the vent and the shingles. A weather filter drapes over some of the baffle arrays to allow attic air to pass but prevent ingress of blown snowflakes and raindrops.

A spiral spring has an outer end coupled to the reel and an inner end coupled to the axle. The gear train may be a reduction gear train such that the axle rotates slower than the reel. By coupling the spiral spring between the gear train input and gear train output, high energy density springs may be used, which may allow for decrease in housing size, increase in tape length or thickness for a given housing size, and/or advantageous retraction speed control.

The plastic gaskets greatly reduce the friction between the ratchet and the bracket, the balls provide a certain degree of freedom for the belt shaft to prevent the belt shaft from jamming.
