A control method and system of neutral section passing of multi-locomotive short broke trains. Distance traveled by a train after a primary multiple unit enters a neutral section is calculated in real time, so that a neutral section passing procedure of a secondary multiple unit is effectively controlled, thereby solving the problem that when the multi-locomotive short broke trains operate with double-raised pantographs, if the distance between the two pantographs is shorter than the length of a neutral zone of a neutral section and longer than the length of a no-electricity zone of the neutral section, when the two pantographs pass through the neutral sections, the two pantographs will span the two neutral sections and generate an interphase short circuit. The method improves safety of the EMU when it passing neutral section and ensure that the EMU can reliably pass through the neutral section with double-raised pantographs. The present invention has the advantages of being safe, reliable, easy to implement and convenient to promote and apply.

A through the road (TTR) hybridization strategy is proposed to facilitate introduction of hybrid electric vehicle technology in a significant portion of current and expected trucking fleets. In some cases, the technologies can be retrofitted onto an existing vehicle (e.g., a truck, a tractor unit, a trailer, a tractor-trailer configuration, at a tandem, etc.). In some cases, the technologies can be built into new vehicles. In some cases, one vehicle may be built or retrofitted to operate in tandem with another and provide the hybridization benefits contemplated herein. By supplementing motive forces delivered through a primary drivetrain and fuel-fed engine with supplemental torque delivered at one or more electrically-powered drive axles, improvements in overall fuel efficiency and performance may be delivered, typically without significant redesign of existing components and systems that have been proven in the trucking industry.

The present invention relates to agents and compositions for the modification of the growth of bacterial cells. Thus, the compounds of the present invention are useful for the prevention and/or treatment of a disease in a subject. In particular, the present invention relates to the field of repurposing pharmaceutical compounds for treatment strategies of infectious diseases, gastrointestinal disorders, inflammatory diseases, proliferative diseases, metabolic disorders, cardiovascular diseases, and immunological diseases. Some of the compounds of the present invention demonstrate high specificity in inhibiting the growth of single bacterial species. The method further includes sending, by the network device, a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) to the terminal device according to the slot format corresponding to the one of the one or more slot format indices indicated by the SFI. The SFI is carried in downlink control message (DCI), and the DCI is scrambled by using a radio network temporary identifier (RNTI).

This document describes techniques and apparatuses for managing scheduling requests in an unlicensed frequency band. These techniques include a user equipment receiving first and second configuration messages allocating radio resources for first and second logical channels, respectively, at a scheduling request (SR)-transmission occasion on first and second multiple-access (MA) channels, respectively, in the unlicensed frequency band (402, 404). In aspects, the user equipment detects that the first MA channel is busy and the second MA channel is idle (406). The user equipment transmits a scheduling request via the second radio resource (408) and initiates a timer for the second logical channel to prohibit transmission of an additional scheduling request via the second radio resource until expiration of the timer (410). The user equipment also determines whether to initiate another timer for the first logical channel based on a priority level of the first logical channel (414).

For efficient communication in 5G and 6G, transmission beams are to be aligned with each user device as soon as possible during the initial access procedure. Prior-art procedures for downlink beam alignment consume large amounts of power and resources. Therefore, low-complexity formats and procedures are disclosed for a new user device to indicate its angular position relative to the base station upon entering the network. In one embodiment, the SSB message is broadcast isotropically, along with test signals which are transmitted in different directions. The user device indicates which test signal is best received, thereby indicating its angular direction. In a second embodiment, the test signals and feedback messages are appended to various entry messages after initial contact. Using either method, the base station and user device can then aim their beams toward the other, for enhanced signal quality thereafter.

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may be configured to receive a downlink control information (DCI) message including an indication to update a transmission configuration indicator (TCI) state associated with a communications channel between the UE and a base station. In some examples, the indication may trigger the UE (e.g., implicitly or explicitly) to participate in a beam management procedure involving one or more beams associated with the TCI state. As such, the UE may participate in the beam management procedure with the base station, where the beam management procedure may include the transmission of reference signals (e.g., sounding reference signals (SRSs), the reception of reference signals (e.g., channel state information (CSI) reference signals (RSs)), or a combination thereof.
